Ed Olsworth-Peter
Production Manager
Ed is the Associate Vicar of St Saviour's Church and Chaplain to Intermission. His work combines care
and support of those in the theatre community and with creativity as a writer and director. He is also
chaplain the the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Ed has worked with two street theatre projects in South
America and after university worked in Tottenham for two years where he developed the South Tottenham
Schools Festival which used music and the arts to engage with young people in local schools. As a
student in Oxford he performed with OUDS and the Trinity Players and began to develop as a writer and
director. In 2004 he cofounded Back2front theatre, a christian theatre company that has developed the
concept of theatre dinner: theatre as conversation. Earlier this year Intermission Theatre presented The Bishops Candelsticks,
which Ed wrote and directed. He is delighted to be playing the part of Mr
Gibbs in this production.

Elisabeth Tooms
Stage Manager and Lighting Design
Elisabeth always loved creating theatre. When she was a student at Oxford University, she spent as
much time involved in theatrical productions as studying. She directed various fringe productions,
touring in the UK and overseas. She worked for 20 years for a City of London law firm and returned
to theatre work four years ago. She is a founder member and is one of three secretaries of Renewal
Arts, an international, multidisciplinary network of artists committed to encouraging spiritual
renewal through the transformative power of the arts. Stage managment and light design work includes:
Lynchpin Productions; Emily Dickinson and I, Cloning Mary Shelley,
Intermission Theatre; Cracking the Whip, The Visit, The Bishop’s Candlesticks.

Joanne Sandi
Assistant Stage Manager
Actress, Dancer, Singer with various film, theatre and TV rolls to her credit; and starred as a
receptionist in the 2007 Boots Christmas Campaign. She also features in the film Mamma Mia as part
of the ensemble, out soon. Joanne has a love of the theatre be it as a cast member, (such as the lead
in Homeward Bound
directed by Eammon Walker) or behind the scenes, and has thoroughly enjoyed honing
her skills as Assistant Stage Manager on Intermission’s previous show Cracking the
Whip, The Visit and on this production. Be it chewing her way to the top as Cindy in the Wrigleys ad for Hollyoaks or dancing to
a backdrop of ABBA Hits, this bright young star is one to watch in 2008

Rosie Mayhew
Scenic Artist
Rosie Mayhew has been designing and painting for theatre, public and private space mural commissions
around Europe since graduating from Wimbledon School of Art in 2004 with a degree in Costume and
Theatre design. She works as an art therapist at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London and
recently designed 6 floats for The Lord Mayors Show.
